RG Steel has named two new appointments for general managers of the company’s commercial department - David E. Matisko and Brian T. Wigley.

“Dave and Brian have significant steel industry experience both with fully integrated and electric furnace operations… who will continue to build our business and advance the RG Steel brand with our customers,” said David A. Howard, chief commercial officer, RG Steel.

Mr. Matisko, with over 25 year’s experience, will lead commercial activities for RG Steel in the US midwestern and western regions. He has worked with LTV Steel at Indiana Harbor and Hennepin, Beta Steel, and NLMK.

Mr. Wigley, with over 20 year’s experience, will lead commercial activities for RG Steel in the eastern US. He has worked with a metals distribution and processing firm, Nucor Cold Finish Bar Division, Severstal Columbus, and Severstal North America.
