An Introduction To The Making And Rolling Of Steel Workshop

Steel Market Update's Steel 101 workshop in Houston, Texas on April 6-7, 2011 is customized according to what areas you want instruction on.

This workshop will explain and discuss the steel making process from raw materials to blast (or electric arc) furnace to the casting and rolling process. Our workshop will be the first of a series to be conducted as a joint venture between Steel Market Update and Iron Angels of Colorado, Inc. The goal of this workshop is to provide an easy introduction to the business, by taking our participants from raw materials through the steel making processes and to the various product groups, with plenty of time for questions and discussion.
