We publish the newsletter on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays with the exception of U.S. holidays and a vacation.

Question: I subscribed as a trial member but have not received my newsletter?
After you subscribe, you will receive a verification email--- you must click on that link in the email to complete the registration process. If you need assistance, please contact us at info@steelmarketupdate.com.
Question: I am having problems receiving my newsletter to my e-mail address?

Question: I am a trial member, and I do not want to receive the newsletter anymore?
You always have the option to unsubscribe. Just click on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of the newsletter. Please contact us at info@steelmarketupdate.com or by phone if you have any questions.
Question: I have a number of employees that want to subscribe, is there a corporate discount rate?
Yes, we offer corporate memberships. Prices will vary depending on the number of users you are looking to add. Steel Market Update believes the more people within your organization who are exposed to quality content will grow in their jobs and be better equiped to deal with the future. Question: Can I forward the newsletter to my friends?
STEEL MARKET UPDATE is copyrighted and we encourage users to suggest to their friends and customers to come directly to our site and register for a trial subscription. We want to protect our content so our customers are better able to take advantage of the information we are providing. Having said that - if there is an issue you just have to share with your steel friends.... Just let them know we have kids that need new shoes - payment for which comes from our subscriptions....
Question: How much does a yearly subscription cost?
An individual subscription (one user) cost $895.00 (U.S.). The subscription includes our newsletter direct to your email plus access to both the public and private sections of our website. Question: Do you offer any form of guarantee?
Our goal is to have happy customers (we prefer to call them "members") who appreciate our content and recommend us to others in the steel industry. We believe in our product - if, for some reason, you are less than satisfied, please contact our office and we will refund the original purchase price.
Question: What form of payment can I use?
We accept all major credit cards on our website, corporate checks, and wire transfers. If you need an invoice, you can generate one through the subscription process online - or, you are welcome to contact our office.
Question: Can I participate in your Market Surveys?
Steel Market Update conducts market surveys every other week. The survey is for North American flat rolled steel buyers and sellers only and is conducted by invitation only. If you feel you qualify and would like to participate, please send an email to info@steelmarketupdate.com and we will work with you to get you added to our invitation list.
Question: Do you accept outside articles or suggestions for articles?
