What do I get with Membership/Subscription?

• All subscriptions are for a one-year term (365 days).
• As a member you will receive the Steel Market Update newsletter three times per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) excluding U.S. holidays and a week at the end of the year when we try to sneak out and take a vacation.  The newsletter will be delivered directly to your email address. 
• As a member you will have the ability to read the newsletter online.
• As a member you will have access to our steel pricing indexes and price history.
• As a member you will have access to our newsletter archives.
• As a member you will have access to historical data behind our Buyers Sentiment and Future Sentiment meter readings.
• As a member you have access to our research materials, Buyers Guide, conversion charts, blog posts, Price Estimator and any other interesting tidbits we come up with which will improve your ability to function within the flat rolled steel industry.
• As a member you are invited to communicate directly with John Packard and others within the organization regarding questions you might have about the industry, etc.
• If you are not pleased with our products just contact our office and we will refund your initial investment.

What is the Cost of a Subscription/Membership?

Subscription or Membership prices are good until January 1, 2010.  New Membership pricing will be announced at that time.  Until then:

• Individual annual Membership is $750.00 (U.S.).
• Small Business Membership for 2-5 people is $1,500.00 (U.S.).
• Corporate Membership for 6-12 people is $2,500.00 (U.S.).
• Corporate Membership for 13-25 people is $5,000.00 (U.S.).
• Corporate Membership for 26-40 people is $7,500.00 (U.S.).
• Corporate Membership for 41-60 people is $10,000.00 (U.S.).

What Form of Payment does Steel Market Update Require?

• Steel Market Update accepts all major credit cards through our website utilizing the PayPal secure system.  You do not need to be a member of PayPal to use the system.  If you prefer, payment can be made by credit card directly to our office by calling 800-432-3475 (706-216-5440).  We are located in the Eastern Time Zone and our office hours are 8 AM - 6 PM and you will find us here on weekends as well (on a hit and miss schedule).
• Steel Market Update allows you to select an “Invoice” option in the Subscribe area of the website.  Your account will begin the day the invoice is downloaded.  Or, please feel free to contact our office if you wish for us to send and invoice from here - 800-432-3475 (706-216-5440).
