Mr. Bell currently serves on the U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Advisory Committee on Steel (ITAC 12), advising the Secretary of Commerce and United States Trade Representative on trade policy, trade agreements, and other trade related matters that benefit U.S. businesses, workers, and the economy.

He is a member of the board of directors of the National Association of Manufacturing (NAM) Council of Manufacturing Associations (CMA). He is also a member of the Association of Iron & Steel Technology.

Prior to this assignment, Jack held roles in both Global Supply Chain and Operations Management for GE Power, Gas Turbine division.

Gaurav Chhibbar is the Raw Materials Lead for Cargill’s HRC business and also has oversight of Cargill’s Scrap Market analysis.

Gaurav joined Cargill in India in 2011 as a Commercial Management Trainee. After a stint on the coal trading desk, Gaurav started as a Junior Trader in the Asia Metals business covering Far East, South East Asia and South Asia for ferrous raw materials. He led a warehousing project in Dangjin, Korea and subsequently the steel trading efforts into Pakistan and South East Asia. In 2013, Gaurav relocated to the U.S. to work in the Steel trading and processing business, overseeing regional responsibilities for steel trading based out of Houston.

Gaurav is an engineering graduate from Panjab University, India and holds a graduate degree in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi. He also holds candidature for an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

William Gaskin, is President Emeritus of the Precision Metalforming Association, after 17 years as its president. PMA represents the $137-billion metalforming industry in North America.

Under Gaskin’s leadership, PMA became an important voice for both the metalforming industry and steel-consuming small and medium-sized manufacturers in the United States. He led the fight on behalf of the steel-consuming industry against the Section 201 steel tariffs in early 2002, which contributed to their early repeal the following year.

Gaskin was also the 2009 chairman of the board of the National Association of Manufacturers Council of Manufacturing Associations (NAM-CMA), comprised of more than 230 manufacturing trade associations with more than 100,000 member companies based in the United States.

Paul Gintner is the President of BTD, a contract metal fabricator and a subsidiary of Otter Tail Corporation.

Paul has over 30 years metal fabrication experience, from tool and die designer, EDM operator, tool room / engineering manager, estimator, sales engineer, sales account manager, general manager, COO and finally becoming President of BTD in 2005. In 1995 the company was sold to Otter Tail Corporation.

Paul earned an associate degree in tool design from AIT with a focus on die and fixture designs.
