Reliance Completes Acquisition of All Metals Holding

Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. announced the completed acquisition of toll processor and transportation/logistics company All Metals Holdings, LLC. It is the third acquisition for Reliance in 2018.
All Metals includes operating subsidiaries All Metals Processing & Logistics, Inc., and All Metals Transportation and Logistics, Inc. AMPL, headquartered in Spartanburg, S.C., with an additional facility in Cartersville, Ga., specializes in toll processing for automotive, construction, appliance and other diverse end markets. AMTL provides value-added transportation and logistics for metal products from six strategically located terminals throughout the southeastern United States.
All Metals’ combined net sales for fiscal year 2017 were approximately $26 million. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
