Venture Steel Joins NASA Buying Co-op

Venture Steel is the newest member of the North American Steel Alliance (NASA), the industry’s largest purchasing co-op. Headquartered in Toronto, Venture Steel is a flat-rolled metal processor and distributor serving customers in Canada, the United States and Mexico.
“Venture Steel is pleased to join NASA. We are always eager to improve our results and being a partner in NASA, along with its illustrious membership ranks, will further enable our efforts to grow,” said President Tony Kafato. “Working alongside industry leading peers in metal processing and distribution will only aid Venture in building a higher performing supply chain for our customers.”
NASA’s membership includes more than 120 independently operated steel service centers with over 450 distribution and processing facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada, giving the co-op a combined buying power of more than $9 billion.
