Olympic Taps New VP for Stainless, Alloys Subsidiary

Olympic Steel has appointed Jessica L. Burroughs to the newly created role of vice president for its Action Stainless and Alloys subsidiary.
The Cleveland-based metals service center said Burroughs has more than 18 years of metals industry experience in roles including commercial, sales, and marketing functions. She will be reporting to Andy Markowitz, president of specialty metals.
“Specialty metals is one of our fastest-growing business segments, and we look forward to Jessica’s fresh perspective on ways to grow the business through new customer-driven partnerships, products, and value-added services,” Andrew S. Greiff, Olympic president and COO, said in a statement on Thursday.
