Bredy promoted to CCO of Kenwal Steel

Kenwal Steel has promoted Douglas A. Bredy to the newly created position of chief commercial officer (CCO).
Bredy took the new position on July 16, according to a Kenwal Steel announcement, released on the same date. He joined the company as VP of business development in May 2025.
In his role as CCO, Bredy joins the executive leadership team as a leader of sales, purchasing, business development, and the company’s commercial strategy.
Chairman, President and CEO Stephen Eisenberg said the promotion reflects Bredy’s immediate impact and reinforces Kenwal’s commitment to strengthening customer relationships, enhancing mill partnerships, and supporting long-term growth.
Bredy brings more than 33 years of experience in the steel industry, with previous leadership roles at Bethlehem Steel, Olympic Steel, and ArcelorMittal.
