Galvanized Coil & Sheet
Calculations for determining average decimal of coil/sheet:
- Coil: Scale weight (actual weight) ÷ 40.8 ÷ width of coil in feet ÷ linear footage.
- Sheet: Net weight (less dunnage) or actual weight of skid ÷ 40.8 ÷ square feet of sheet ÷ sheet count.
Calculations for total square footage:
- Coil: Width in feet * linear footage.
- Sheet: Length in inches * width in inches ÷ 144 * sheet count.
- Sheet: Length in feet * width in feet * sheet count.
