North American Stainless names Grannum as CEO

North American Stainless (NAS), a wholly owned US subsidiary of the Acerinox Group, has named Clive Grannum as their CEO.
Cristóbal Fuentes, NAS’ current CEO, will cease his executive functions on May 21. He has been in that role at the Ghent, Ky.-based stainless producer since 2010, and has been with Acerinox for 44 years.
Grannum leads Performance Materials, part of Mayfield Heights, Ohio-based Materion, which produces high-performance engineered materials.
“We are extremely excited about this new incorporation and we look forward to having Clive Grannum on the team,” Acerinox Group CEO Bernardo Velázquez said in a statement on Tuesday.
Fuentes will continue to provide services to NAS as a senior adviser.
Madrid, Spain-based Acerinox Group is a manufacturer of stainless steel and high-performance alloys.
