    Borusan US unit secures sales order totaling ~$742M

    Borusan Berg Pipe, a US subsidiary of Turkish pipe and tube producer Borusan, has secured new sales orders totaling ~$742 million.

    The company said this was a result of commercial negotiations conducted in the US. No customer was named in a Borusan press release on June 1.

    “Within the scope of these orders, the majority of the large-diameter line pipes are planned to be manufactured and shipped during 2027, while the manufacture and shipment of the remaining portion is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2028,” Borusan said.

    The company noted this projection may change depending on the progress of related projects and the normal ups and downs in commercial conditions.

    Borusan Berg Pipe is based in Panama City, Fla.
