Target Steel expands into Mexico

“Target Steel de México represents the next chapter in a story the Target family of companies has been building for years,” the companies said in a joint statement. “By bringing Target Steel and Target Metal Blanking together to stand up the new company, the organization is positioning its people, its processing expertise, and its supply chain right where customers need them most.”

Target Steel de México will support the automotive and manufacturing base in the Nuevo Leon region, offering precision metal processing solutions, including stamping and blanking, cutting, and storage.

Matthew Simone, CEO of Sauk Village, Ill.-based Target Steel Blanking, will serve as CEO of Target Steel de México.
