Fabricator JGM makes changes to executive team

Industrial construction and steel fabricator JGM has announced leadership changes.

The Coatesville, Pa.-company has appointed Brian Jones as vice president of business development. With over 20 years of industry experience, Jones most recently served as director of business development at Yates Construction.

Amy DePaoli has been named as director of marketing. With more than two decades of experience, she most recently served as director of marketing at Honeygrow.

And Garrick Weaver joins JGM to lead the company’s talent acquisition and workforce development strategy. Most recently, he served as an HR business partner/consultant at Cozen O’Connor.

“JGM’s growth is driven by great people, and these additions to our leadership team reflect our focus on building for the future,” Joe Messner Jr., JGM CEO, said in a statement. “Brian, Amy, and Garrick each bring exceptional expertise, leadership, and perspective that will help shape our next chapter.”
