Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. has confirmed a fatal accident occurred at its Monessen coke facility in Pennsylvania on Sunday, but said production has not been impacted.
An employee was killed when he was “pinned between two door machines,” according to local reports citing the Westmoreland County Office of the Coroner.
