    Commerce finds sizable dumping margins in plate sunset review

    The US Department of Commerce thinks revoking the anti-dumping duty (AD) orders on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China and Russia would lead to the recurrence of dumping at significant margins.

    The agency made the final determination as part of the expedited fifth sunset review of the AD order. Sunset reviews are conducted every five years.
