Dave Feldstein

Feldstein brings an extensive knowledge of commodity markets along with a history of creative financial structuring. Prior to joining Flack Steel, he worked as a specialist at the Chicago Stock Exchange and a proprietary trader, trading equities, equity options, commodities, futures, options on futures, and currency futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

In 2012, he was named director of risk management. In this role, Feldstein is responsible for helping Flack Steel customers proactively manage market volatility by controlling costs through market hedging strategies. In addition, he provides timely market information and analysis through his blog, The Feldstein.

Feldstein holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he concentrated his studies in analytical finance, econometrics and statistics, and economics.
