Hickey Metal Fabrication buys Ohio Laser

Hickey Metal Fabrication has acquired laser-based metal fabricator Ohio Laser.
Plain City, Ohio-based Ohio Laser became a Hickey Metal Fabrication company effective Nov. 15. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Ohio Laser, with two locations and over 150 employees, said it will maintain its current management and operational team.
“We have long admired Ohio Laser’s commitment to quality and their exceptional reputation in the industry,” Leo Hickey, president of Hickey Metal Fabrication, said in a statement on Nov. 15.
“Together, we are stronger and ready to meet the needs of our clients with enhanced resources and a commitment to the values that define us,” he added.
Headquartered in Salem, Ohio, Hickey Metal Fabrication is a vertically integrated metal fabricator with seven locations.
