Olympic taps Zito for new VP of development role

Olympic Steel Inc. has promoted Scott M. Zito to the newly created role of vice president of business development.
Zito has been with Olympic for more than 40 years. His first job was as an inside sales representative, and his most recent position was director of business development. He will report directly to President and COO Andrew S. Greiff.
“Scott is extremely knowledgeable about products and processing capabilities across our entire footprint and all of Olympic Steel’s brands, which makes him a valuable partner for our customers and our commercial teams internally,” Greiff said in a statement on Tuesday.
Headquartered in Cleveland, OIympic is a national service center chain with 54 facilities.
