Bull Moose Tube completes Hanna Steel buy

Bull Moose Tube Co. has completed its acquisition of Hanna Steel Corp., a producer of structural and mechanical steel tubing.

Further terms of the deal, first announced in June, were not disclosed.

“We are pleased to officially welcome Hanna Steel to the Bull Moose family,” John Krupinski, CEO of Chesterfield, Mo.-based Bull Moose Tube, said in a statement on Tuesday. “I would like to thank everyone who helped make this transaction possible.”

Hanna Steel is headquartered in Hoover, Ala. It has tubing operations in Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Pekin, Ill. The company also has a coil-coating facility in Fairfield, Ala., and operates Hanna Truck Line, its in-house transportation business.

Bull Moose Tube is part of the Caparo Bull Moose Group of Companies. The firm has manufacturing facilities across the US.
