    Chinese tin mill products hit with new duties

    The US Commerce Department has issued its preliminary countervailing duty (CVD) determination in the trade case investigating imports of tin mill products from China.

    The agency set a preliminary subsidy rate of 66.61% for Shougang Holding Trade (Hong Kong), Shougang Jingtang United Iron & Steel, and all other producers and exporters.
