    Alter Trading Corp. buys Iron and Metals Inc.

    Alter Trading Corp. has purchased the operating assets of Iron and Metals Inc., located in Denver.

    St. Louis-based recycler Alter said the addition of Iron and Metals further expands its coverage in the Rocky Mountain region and increases its number of facilities to 82.
