If you choose to remain for the CRU Group Aluminum Conference, you will add one day and plan your departure after 5 p.m. on Thursday.
Attendees: Our attendees are manufacturing companies, service centers, steel mills, trading companies, toll processors, financial analysts, logistics companies and others associated with these industries. Our conference is THE PREMIER conference for networking as most attendees are decision-makers in purchasing, sales or upper management roles. You can get a sense of the attending companies by reviewing those that attended the 2018 conference. Those names are on our website: www.SteelMarketUpdate.com/Events/Steel-Summit

Final Thoughts
The difference: The spat with Turkey was a big deal for steel. This time, the 50% reciprocal tariff for Brazil – if it goes into effect as threatened on Aug.1 – hits everything from coffee and to pig iron. It seems almost custom-built to inflict as much pain as possible on Brazil.
